My Training 

I am an intuitive counselor and coach with a direct and compassionate style. The foundation of my work is the Body-Centered relationship and transformation work learned and practiced through the Hendricks Institute. I actively use the tools and techniques that I teach in my daily life. 

While I began my work with adoptees, I now see people from all walks of life with differing issues and backgrounds.
